Executive Partners Program
Welcome to the Executive Partners Program (EPP) and the UniSA Business School.
Established in 2011, the EP Program is a mentor program which aims to connect high achieving postgraduate students with Executive Partners (EPs). Our EP are current active, semi-retired, or recently retired senior executives, who desire to engage with high performing students in various roles in partnership with academic staff to contribute to students’ fuller understanding of work and industry.
Why be an Executive Partner?
- Mentor and inspire a student to reach their career potential
- Gain first access to the Business School’s high achieving students
- Participate in guest lecturing and discussion panels
- Reflect and share your industry experience
- Take part in committees and decision-making mechanisms within the Business School
Benefits of the program
For Executive Partners, the EP Program offers opportunities to impart their industry-based experience and knowledge, engage with young and dynamic students, and to positively influence future generations of industry leaders.
As an EP we hope you find rewards in “giving back” and contributing to the education and training of UniSA students.
Mentoring - A good practice guide
We encourage Executive Partners to utilise the Mentoring at UniSA Guide, which contains useful information on leading a successful mentorship.
If you’re passionate and motivated about giving back to the community, we encourage you to contact Fiona Hui, Senior Consultant: Business Careers (firstname.lastname@example.org) and briefly detail your education and professional experience, and why you would like to become an Executive Partner.
