Expanding leadership development

Leaders Institute SA and UniSA: Working together to expand leadership development and executive education in South Australia.

Leaders Institute of SA

The UniSA Business School joined forces with the Leaders Institute South Australia in August 2016, in a move to boost innovation and leadership creativity and a prosperous local economy. The Leaders Institute SA are co-located on UniSA’s dynamic City West campus, part of the maturing West End precinct.

Enabled by co-location, the affiliation allows the Leaders Institute an opportunity to grow and leverage shared relationships with many companies and organisations across South Australia. By working together, the UniSA Business School and Leaders Institute will create more opportunities for established and emerging leaders throughout the state.

The affiliation provides established CEOs and emerging business leaders with a wider professional development choice, as both organisations will build and evolve their current executive education and leadership development programs, expanding on the current suite of academic degrees and short courses, as well as adaptive leadership and action learning programs delivered in an unique format.

Participants will benefit from the reputation for excellence, years of experience, depth of knowledge, and inspiring facilitators that both UniSA Business School and the Leaders Institute bring to the table.

As the Business School’s mission is to support the development of leaders in all sectors to transform their own careers, and the Leaders Institute’s mission is to develop wiser leadership for the benefit of the South Australian community, the affiliation also aims to grow SA companies and organisations to create a vibrant future for all in the region.
