To stay or not to stay? That is the question

Presenter: Prof Thomas W. Lee

Held: Monday 15 July 2013, 6.00pm, Bradley Forum, UniSA City West campus

Every year in Australia, more than one million full-time workers change jobs. More than 70% of these workers are voluntary leavers – employees who are moving on to different, sometimes better, career opportunities. Prof Thomas W. Lee has extensively explored employee motivations for quitting or staying. He will present the latest research findings and offer concrete suggestions on how organisations can improve employee retention.

Tom is the Hughes M. Blake Professor of Management and Associate Dean for Academic and Faculty Affairs at the Foster School of Business, University of Washington.
